Account Executive

Integrify® is seeking candidates that can drive revenue growth for our SaaS and services-based solutions by prospecting, qualifying, and driving sales using consultative selling approaches within their assigned market segment.

You will work closely with the Sales Director, Marketing, and the Business Development Team to drive sales strategies and tactics that support revenue goals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 

Integrify headquarters is in Chicago, Illinois. This will be a remote position with periodic visits to the office. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leverage both inbound and outbound sales activity to generate new business and meet sales quotas.
  • Lead prospect sales demos/presentations of Integrify’s workflow solution to qualified prospects.
  • Drive and manage the sales cycle forward from lead qualification through all opportunity stages.
  • Source, research, prospect, and qualify outbound leads to generate new sales activities and penetrate industry-specific accounts.
  • Generate new opportunities from outbound sales campaigns in key market segments.
  • Qualify and manage prospective clients for trial requests, mock-ups, and pilot programs.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategy within assigned market segments to qualify opportunities and solve business problems utilizing the Integrify workflow solution.
  • Oversee all aspects of solution and pricing proposals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and respond to prospect RFP’s.
  • Utilize to provide pipeline updates, forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports.
  • Marshal internal technical and services team resources to respond and deliver on requirements needed to advance opportunities and meet prospect requests.
  • Work closely with DevOps, Account Management, and Services to ensure a successful project launch and customer onboarding.


  • Must have previous direct SaaS (minimum 3 years) or software sales experience (BPM, workflow automation software, or similar applications preferred)
  • Successful applicants will have demonstrated success selling software applications to mid-sized and enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota and a proven history of generating new revenue and acquiring new customer logos.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage their own time with minimal supervision to complete tasks and produce sales results.
  • Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work and excel independently, but within a team environment.

Service Engineer

We are seeking full-time service engineers with strong business analysis and process improvement skills. Candidates should have a proven ability to understand, re-engineer, improve, and implement complex business processes. Candidates will implement processes using Integrify’s request management systems.

Job Description

  • Strong experience working with business users to determine business requirements. Candidates must be able to gather business requirements from customers, determine how best to implement them in the Integrify system, implement the solution and make revisions based on customer feedback.
  • For this specific position, we are looking for a candidate who can support the solutions delivery team with HTML, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, Webservices (SOAP and/or REST), and API integration.
  • This position requires approximately 10-20% travel (mostly North America) for delivering training at customer or partner sites.

Job Requirements

  • Experience providing billable workflow or business process management consulting services to customers.
  • Experience includes: Interfacing directly with customers to refine requirements, analyzing business requirements, and working with software tools to implement solutions.
  • The candidate should have a working understanding of the following technologies and how they are used:
    • Web Technologies (HTML, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, Web services, JSON, API)
    • Relational Databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle, SQL Skills)
    • Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadlines and manage changes in project dynamics.

Professional Experience

  • Must be detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience meeting critical deadlines and managing project change.
  • Consulting experience, including travel-based engagements.
  • The ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, analyze the business processes, and develop technical solutions to support the business strategy.
  • Superior interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with peers on technical solutions.
  • Experience guiding customers through the solution development life-cycle.
  • Experience developing data-driven reports.
  • Experience building relationships with customers and team members.
